Contact forms collect your name, company, email, phone number and enquiry. Timontium Events forms also collect event details, dates, location, staffing requirements and languages. Timontium Talent forms collect the role, vacancies, location, working arrangement, languages, expected start date and job description.
We use this information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and manage recruitment or event staffing requests. Submissions are stored in WordPress through SureForms and notified to our team by email. Provide only relevant information; do not include sensitive information or third-party data without a lawful basis. Required fields are needed to handle your request. Technical access records support website operation and security.
Where you request a quotation or service for yourself, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For business representatives and general enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining professional relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD). You may object to this processing.

Hostinger provides website hosting and content delivery (CDN), supporting the delivery of the website and storage of its data. SureForms runs within WordPress to manage enquiries; using the plugin does not in itself mean that submissions are sent to an external form platform.
Google Fonts supplies fonts from external Google domains. Font requests disclose technical information such as your IP address and request headers. This connection is not described as a cookie: no cookie attributable to font loading has been detected.
Authorised personnel handle enquiries according to their responsibilities. Data may be disclosed to providers where necessary to deliver the requested service, and to authorities where legally required. Submitting a form does not authorise marketing or commercial disclosure.
Connections to external services, including Google Fonts, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area depending on the provider’s infrastructure.
